To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition, meaning it is still sealed in its original cellophane wrapper and has not been opened or used in any way.
Once we receive your return at our Sheffield workshop and confirm it meets the above conditions, we'll issue a full refund for the product itself to your original payment method.

We offer FREE 1 to 2 working day delivery with Royal Mail 24 when you spend £30 or more. If you don't quite hit that threshold, you can still select it as an add on at checkout. We also offer a range of other Royal Mail delivery services starting from just £3.99 to suit your needs. If you choose next day delivery, we'll do our best to dispatch your order on the same day it's placed. For our standard service, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from our Sheffield workshop. If you select an economy delivery option, please be aware that dispatch may be slightly delayed as we prioritise standard and next day orders first. During busy periods or for personalised orders, processing may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you updated every step of the way via email so you're never left guessing.

Absolutely. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so all of our products come with a 30 day returns policy from the date of delivery. If you change your mind for any reason, simply send the item back to us in unused condition, meaning it must still be sealed in its original cellophane wrapper and not used in any way. Once we receive it, we'll issue a full refund. This policy covers both personalised and non personalised items, no exceptions. Please just note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
